APCD Executive Director Meets with Director General of Department of Empowerment 
of Persons with Disabilities

February 7, 2024, marked a significant event as Mr. Piroon Laismit, 
the Executive Director of the Asia-Pacific Development Center on Disability (APCD), 
paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Kantapong Rangsesawang, who has recently been inaugurated 
as the Director General of the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities
